Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3 (Bath Road) hotel

I stay here regularly, of the many branches nearby, this is the best. It is huge however, so bring everything in from your car in one go. Staff are superb, as they are at all Premier Inns. It is at the end of a runway,but you would never know inside, it us very quiet. Even Bath Road at the front is quiet. Car park is expensive, but if you book the day before, the rooms are often under £65 which makes up for the parking.

We booked this for a night before flying to Miami from Heathrow. The reception area was very calming. The rooms were usual premier style and standard. We had a ground floor room road side and heard nothing from the traffic. Uber eats delivered no problem. Great screens for watching sport, a Costa and Thyme restaurant Best Premier Inn ive been too.

I arrived at Premier Inn after a 12 hour flight. The receptionist was quick and efficient and within 5 minutes I was in a hot shower. The room was comfortable and had everything a tired 77 year old needed. Within 10 minutes I was enveloped in crisp clean sheets, which felt like ‘a warm hug’ (great idea for a TV advert!). I woke refreshed and relaxed and ready for my onward journey. The receptionist gave me three options for transport back to the airport.

I stayed at Premier Inn Heathrow with my partner from 6th to 7th February for one night before catching our flight the following afternoon. The location of the hotel is excellent, just 7–10 minutes from Terminals 2 and 3, which made it very convenient for us. When we arrived, we were hoping for an early check-in, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked at that time. We asked if we could leave our luggage, and one staff member kindly arranged for it to be stored securely in the storeroom, which we really appreciated. However, our experience at the front desk could have been better. The staff appeared very exhausted and there was little warmth in their interaction. We were informed that check-in would begin at 3pm, so my partner and I waited from 12pm onwards after a four hour journey from Cardiff. What concerned us was that other guests who arrived later than us were checked in before we were, without any update or communication. As a result, we ended up at the back of the queue, which was disappointing given how tired we were. That said, I would like to sincerely appreciate the male staff member who eventually checked us in. He was extremely professional, friendly, and even helped us place our luggage onto the trolley. His attitude and customer service truly stood out, and it’s a shame I was too tired at the time to ask for his name. The hotel would benefit greatly from having more staff members like him. Apart from this incident, we were very happy with our stay. The location, the rooms, and the restaurant facilities were all excellent and very convenient. We would definitely book this hotel again. I wanted to share this feedback constructively, in the hope that it helps improve service standards even further.

Rooms could do with fridges and the ability to get actual air by opening a window but other than that, they were great. The breakfast service was very good, the best part of our stay, and the team members, especially Abdul, was very helpful, a special shout out to him, he could speak I think 4 or 5 languages from what I recall, very impressive!! He was very kind and accommodating

I had an amazing experience at Premier Inn thanks to one incredible employee named Deeptti. Breakfast wasn’t supposed to start until 6 a.m., but we had to leave at 5 a.m. I mentioned this, and she immediately said, “No problem,” and went out of her way to help us. She personally brought us back to the breakfast area and prepared grab-and-go breakfasts so we wouldn’t leave hungry. She was kind, patient, and so accommodating that it honestly felt like having a family member working there. Her customer service was far above and beyond anything I expected. She truly cares about guests, and it shows. She is easily one of the best employees I’ve ever seen, and she made our stay so much better. Premier Inn is lucky to have her!

Very good value room close to Heathrow airport with regular links via Hoppa bus service. The room was modern, spacious and with a very comfy bed and clean, comfy linen. The shower was good- a decent size and enough power and heat. The bathroom itself was fairly clean but did have someone else's hairs in it. I didn't have time for breakfast but it seemed better value than eating at Heathrow with a good choice of food available. Tea and coffee are provided in the room which was lovely and quiet when I stayed so I had a good night's sleep.
